How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your unique tracking code. You can check the status of your delivery by using that code on USPS, or UPS.

What is the expected delivery date of my order?
Most orders are crafted and shipped within 7-14 days. Express orders are shipped within a week of order being placed.

I’ve got a special event coming up, how do I go about ordering some custom pieces?
First of all, CONGRATULATIONS! And thank you for choosing Elegant Erkèl. Please send us an email with an idea or theme for your occasion and we’ll get started on crafting some concept fabric swatches for you. Based on your selection, we'll go into production and have your custom pieces ready for delivery in a month.

Do you accept returns?
Return requests must be received within 14 days of the date you placed your order. Return requests after this point will be denied. We are pleased to offer a return policy on unworn items in their original condition. We have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality products that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are happy to accommodate most returns and exchanges on products that have not been worn or used. All sale orders and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I apply multiple coupon or promo codes to my order?
Only one promo or coupon code can be used per order.
